This 12,000 kg shear beam load cell is made from a single billet of carbon steel and plated for corrosion resistance. Loadcells are hermetically sealed to IP67 to protect against dust and moisture in order to maintain a high level of accuracy and long-term stability. The 10 metre integral multi-conductor cable is secured by a strain relief seal.
